Leadership
The church is led in the biblical model with elders.
Downham Way Family Church currently has a team of two elders.
For the time being Nigel Mumford is leading the team and works full time at the church
The other elder is Ian Francis who has a job in London.
Recently Martin Alley has recently joined the team from King's Church, Catford and is based part time at the church here and remains part time at Kings
